Energy Healing

medical intuitive

I wanted to write about the Energy Healing that I have been doing at my office in Toronto.

Energy healing is a very unique profession because the tools I use are mainly non-physical.  To do any of my energy therapies requires It’s a matter of centering myself and placing myself in a state that feels like a cohesion of many different aspects.  Each type of energy therapy is a bit different.  All require an active pineal gland, but the other elements are unique.  For remote viewing which is the technique I use for medical intuitive readings,  I activate the pineal gland and focus my consciousness and mind on a particular locality or target.  I move this consciousness “ball” of awareness around the target until I get a “hit” which is a specific region of interest in a person’s body.  From this I focus in minute ways like a focusing of a lens on a camera.  Once I’ve found the issue, I connect through a trance channeling state to a higher wisdom and ask for information on a target.

Channeling allows me to learn details about the issue I’m gathering information on.  There are of course genetic reasons for diseases, but often there are emotions and feelings from events that relate to a disease.  Healing is lock and key kind of thing.  If a disease has an emotional cause or trigger, the required technique will incorporate emotional healing as a part of the treatment.  The same is true of a physical issue.  I had a hockey player come to me to energy healing on his knees and lower back.  During a medical intuitive reading it became obvious that the pain was due repetitive physical movements without stretching or cross training joints.  A simple in-depth stretching session and a sequential releasing of the joints relieved all of the pain.  In this case, a physical cause was also a physical solution.  This is often overlooked as people seek energy healers to release physical pain.  The exception to this is the Energy Neuroplasticity that I use to heal brains.  This energy healing technique directly interacts with the cortices of the brain and directly repairs the area of interest.

Heart Clearing is one of my primary techniques to heal emotional issues.  For this I employ my pineal and my heart together.  The resonance of these two organs working together helps people open the door to their emotional process.

Kundalini & Reiki & Innate

Orion Mott

I have been asked many times during my seminars the difference between Reiki energy and Kundalini energy.  Let us start with understanding that there are many different energies that exist both within and around our body.  There is the corporeal physical body, the mental body, the emotional body, the psychic body, the innate (electromagnetic), and the Kundalini (electromagnetic), and the shamanic or dream body.  From my experience, Reiki energy therapy connects with the psychic body, the physical body, and the mental body.  This is not to say that Kundalini energy is completely excluded from reiki, but generally, it flows from within the physical body instead reiki which is derived and channeled from an outside source.  The electromagnetic field of the innate is also an internally derived system.

Reiki is channeled from the idea of a source field that a practitioner opens themselves up to.  This field is a high frequency, and has a profound elevating effect on the both the practitioner and the client.  For issues such as fear and anxiety, or emotional issues trapped in the body, reiki can have a profound impact.

Kundalini is usually linked to tantric sex practices which deal with the raising of sexual energies up the spine to stimulate the pineal gland for awareness, and then fall to the heart to stimulate the sense of oneness with a partner.  Kundalini starts off in the prostate for men, and the G-spot for women.  This is what I call the Lower Pineal gland.  This lower pineal gland creates the energy of electrical excitement that in the lay person experiences a desire for sexual release.  If this release is denied, the raising up of this energy the spine ignites each vertebrae to ring like keys on a piano.  The harmony of the ringing spine combined with the raising of energy up the spine raises to the brainstem which directly connects with the pineal gland.  The spine becomes a bit of an antennae for energy and can pull in energy as well and push energy.

As the pineal becomes electrified, heightened perceptual awareness increases tenfold. As the pineal becomes activate in the presence of a partner (with an activated pineal), the energetic awareness falls down to the heart and is experienced as love.

The innate energy is a field that sits between 6 to 12 inches from our body.  It is a field that is the sum total of energy from the cells of DNA.  It can only be accessed through the heart, the pineal, or the lower pineal gland.  The innate is a closed system that although it responds to our words and feelings, it has its own agenda in our life.  Our innate is also related to the aging process, so in youthing practices, it must be accessed to shift the health of our DNA.

All of these subjects are covered in my Energy Activation Seminars.

Change Your Perception

Anxiety is something we have all felt from time to time.  It can arise from a relationship, indecision, or a project at work.  The feelings of freezing up with nowhere to turn can be overwhelming for some people.  The internet has many meditations and exercises to de-stress from anxious feelings.  The one thing I have never read before a method to change the location we reside in the brain.  I’m sure you are asking what I mean by “reside,” so I will clarify.  Anyone who has read Carlos Castaneda’s books will be aware that he postulates that awareness can be encapsulated in a form within the bubble of our auric/energetic field.  In his book “The Fire Within,” he describes the ancient Toltec seers believed that to shift into a higher consciousness, they had to move their consciousness orb that he called the “assemblage point” to the left-side of the body to see the etheric world fully.  As anyone who understands the brain dynamics would know, the left-side of the body relates to the right side of the brain which is home to the intuitive and cognitive abilities.

I have had many great experiences while shifting my awareness to the right side of my brain.  In this state of consciousness, I have felt moments of connection with the Divine and everything around me.  The floor, the wall and the wind blowing through the window.  This state is very ethereal and almost like seeing behind the curtain of existence.  I must acknowledge that of course, we cannot stay in this state of awareness full time unless one plans to be a guru or mystic.  There are more practical places to reside in the brain, but for this blog, I will lead you to this heightened state to balance out for anxiety feelings.

Step 1:  Place one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen.

Step 2:  Relax and breathe slowly in and out for a duration of 30 Seconds making sure both hands rise and fall equally.  If you have trouble moving either hand through inhalation, just gently ask your chest or abdomen to expand with the breath.

Step 3:  Feel your consciousness shrink into a tiny white glowing ball about the size of a dime, and feel it sit in the very center of your brain.

Step 4:  Brighten up this orb until it lights up your whole brain.  Feel the energy from the orb link to every part of the head.

Step 5:  Move this ball of white consciousness towards to right side of your brain to a point where half of the orb is in your brain and the other half is outside your head.

Step 6:  Again brighten up the orb so that you feel a streaming of light within your head and out into space beyond the right side of your head.  Feel the ribbons of energy flow out to beyond three feet beyond your head.

Step 7:  Keep intensifying this flow of energy, and you will shift into a heightened state of consciousness.

Reiki and Chi-Kung

Reiki and Chi-Kung are both Eastern Asian forms of energy transmutation.  On the surface, they might seem similar, but they are entirely different.  This article will explore the differences and discuss how they can be combined together for practitioners to have the most balanced approach.

Reiki therapists open themselves up to universal energy.  This energy flows from the ethers, through the body of the Reiki practitioner, and culminates in the body and auric field of the client.  Reiki energy feels like the idea of light streaming in from above, around, and centering both in the physical, and energetic.  This Reiki energy flows into the practitioner through the higher chakras such as the crown, head, throat, and heart.  This is very different from Chi-Kung.  A Chi-Kung master draws this energy from the ground into their body through the feet into the lower Dan Tien (lower energy center encompassing the sacrum to the diaphragm).  Chi-Kung was designed as an adjunct to Kung-Fu.  One definition of Chi-Kung is “Internal Kung-Fu.”  Masters of Chi-Kung would draw the energy up from the earth and into their feet and circle this energy like the spinning of a ball in their midsection.  In martial arts, this energy is focused by intent into strikes and blocks.  For the healing aspects of Chi-Kung, namely the health and wellbeing therapeutics, breathing and movements would flow this Dan Tian energy to organs for balance and longevity.  Various forms of breathing, stretching, and movement is the foundation of Chi-Kung for therapeutics.  In Chi-Kung, there are specific hand positions that direct the flow of energy throughout the body.  One the points used was the thumb touching at the base of the ring finger, and this was to help tolerate pain and physical strain.

uechi hand

This tolerating pain finger position exists in martial arts physical conditioning.  In Uechi-Ryu Karate, this is one of the energetic connections that the advanced students would use while we were punched, kicked, and struck with sticks.  This connection is just one of many used in martial arts.  Ninjutsu has many laced finger combinations that, combined with a circulation of Chi throughout the body, was able to help awaken this pineal gland, resist pain, and cause other desired connections.  These are examples of Ninjutsu hand positions that grew out of the knowledge from Chi-Kung and Chinese medicine:

ninja hands

The overall goal of Chi-Kung is the centering and rolling of the energy in the Dan Tien, and flowing this energy throughout the body to organs and transferred to others.  In Reiki this would be calling in the lower chakras from the root (sacrum) to the third chakra (solar plexus).

Reiki, by contrast, is the opening up of the self to higher frequencies of energy and the channeling of this energy into the self and others.  The fundamental goal of both of these energy practices are identical, but the focus behind them are different.  Reiki was not designed as a martial art.  Usui Reiki was designed only for the healing of self and others. In Reiki, this might be why the lower energy chakras of the practitioner had not been believed to be important.  I have found that my sense of grounding is essential when doing any energy therapy.  Shamanism that originates in the ancient traditions of the first nations community also uses the idea of deep grounding before doing healing work.  In Shamanism, the balancing of the body is the coordination of the upper energy center (head, neck, and shoulders) and the lower (tailbone to mid thoracic area).

When I begin a Reiki session, I combine both ideologies or Reiki and Chi-Kung.  I open up all of my seven chakra points in sequence from the crown to the base, followed by a rooting into the earth and a drawing up of Chi energy into my Dan Tian.  I connect the “heavenly circuit” which is the tip of my tongue on the roof of the mouth (behind the teeth).  When I am full centered, my hands ignite with energy.

There is a lot of benefit to studying both of these modalities.

Letting Go of Being Normal

levitation

Like many people who have read the bio on my website (https://www.orionmott.com/meet-me) would gather, I had an unusual childhood.  One of the main messages imparted to me through various teachers, channelers, gurus, and shamans, was that I am destined to be a great healer.  Destiny is a funny thing.  As interesting as the idea of predestination might be, there always seemed something controlling about it.  Freedom is my favorite feeling.

When I entered my early twenties, I tried hard to be like everyone else: Eat beef, go to University, watch sports, and work as a personal trainer at a great sports center in Toronto.  You could say that I was trying to create a “normal” life that would appeal to my Ego.  For most of my early life, my Ego was in charge, and it was huge and powerful.  I felt like I was in control of my life…for a time.  Unfortunately, I never saw the cliff edge until it was too late.

When I entered my Thirties, I became wildly irritable and dissatisfied with life.  Everything I thought I wanted, was now in question.  I felt like I was a target, and that my soul was attacking me through the actions and behaviors of others.  I attracted these negative experiences into my life because I didn’t allow myself to be extraordinary.  In hindsight, my abusers are strong signal letting me know I had veered off the path of being my true self.

Somewhere along the way, I realized that I was not fulfilling the life I was meant to live.  In 2003 I started to study BodyTalk and other healing modalities.  Many years ago, I healed people of brain trauma (https://www.torontoconcussiontherapy.com), lymphatic cancer, loss of vision, and many other things.  These experiences were of course extremely exciting, but I had a driving curiosity and intellectual need to understand the nature of reality.  As a kid, I was the kind of person who loved to take apart all of my toys to find out how they worked.  My current belief about the nature of reality is that reality is a dream.  Our lives are illusionary.  What we feel and experience as physical reality is just a dream of our soul.

While In the various states of consciousness, I have found that I am both the dreamer and the dreamed.  In physical terms, I am both the cup and the fluid contained.  The trap a lot of struggling healers fall into is the belief that they are just an empty cup.  When higher consciousness flows into the body either through Reiki, channeling, or other means, the important point to know is that we are both the source energy, the process of transmutation of that energy, and we are also the destination.  The higher energetic state of awareness is the experience of fluidity and oneness.  This fluidity is very profound when you shift your state out of the fourth dimension.  For those who don’t understand dimensions, here is a short description

  • We live in the fourth dimension:  Height, Width, and Depth are the parameters for a three-dimensional existence.
  • Time is the fourth-dimensional vector that we experience.  I call it a vector because we only experience it one direction.
  • There are many ways to gain access and experience the fifth dimensional reality but usually feels like a state of love, flow, and Oneness.

The easiest way to experience the fifth dimension is to flip our reality inside out.  This shift would make time three-dimensional, and our physical reality a single dimensional.  Just by suggesting this shift to our Energetic Light Body in a deep state of meditation will open the door to a profound experience.

Emotional Pain in the Joints

bodyTalk

Let us talk about pain.  Sometimes, a new client will arrive for a Reiki session to help them relax or counteract the toll that anxiety has on their body, mind, and soul. As part of my intake procedure, I ask many questions to refine their emotional imbalance need down to a core issue. Emotional pain can often relate to a body part.

  • Fear is in the knees,
  • decision making is in the ankles,
  • ego pressure shows up in the elbows,
  • spine is about support,
  • the neck is usually about the will,
  • shoulders are about carrying burdens.

Let’s say that a person comes in with a chronic back issue.  After a bit of conversation, it turns out that they are also in a relationship where they feel unsupported- materially, emotionally, financially or any other definition of support.  No matter how many chiropractic treatments, massages, or physical therapy, the pain always returns.   During this conversation, I usually tune into many different layers relating to the pain they are looking to release.  This level of detail is incredibly important because the treatment always fits the cause.  A physical cause will heal through a physical means.  Emotional pain in joints is always treatable in an emotional way.  As the conversation continues, the treatment unfolds.

As a child, we have the crying mechanism to recover from all types of pain.  This natural release is not always necessary as an adult.  Don’t get me wrong.  Crying happens when certain issues and memories flood into focus.  I use modalities that are appropriate for each case such as Active Memory Technique from BodyTalk, yogic breathing techniques, and Ho’oponopono from Hawaiian Kahuna practice. The particular therapy seems not to be as important as the fact that the mind and the heart have done something in the direction of healing.  I like to call this a “permission slip” to quote one of my favorite gurus.  Emotional people cry, intellectuals need to talk and reason, and kinesthetic people usually need a hug.  We are all a combination of these personality types.

The emotional heart can heal and forgive almost anything if it is relied upon to function as a release mechanism. No matter what we have experienced, the heart will keep on beating.

Resonance, Frequency and Improving Health

universe

When we want to improve our resonance or health, we often start by eating higher frequency foods such as raw or organic produce.  Exercise is another useful way to improve our lean muscle conditioning, and raising our metabolism.  Yet we know people to eat average food, exercise very rarely and still maintain a very healthy body.

The idea I will explore is frequency.  Metabolism can certainly be improved through diet and exercise, but it also has it’s limitations.  Our self concept, or self talk, is JUST as important as doing physical effort in order to get the desired response. For years, I would meet people in the gym who would have such a terrible sense of worth.  They would love themselves or find value in themselves ONLY when the scale hit an acceptable number, or a specific dress size.  This negative emotional feeling would in one way be a motivating factor, but on the other side it would also be a disaster.  When we try to achieve something positive while maintaining a negative belief system, the result is usually negative.  When we don’t fully accept ourselves we are dropping our frequency to incredible lows.  Our body translates that negativity as an instruction to drop our metabolism thereby counteracting the effects of the diet and exercise.  If we are to make any lasting positive changes, it has to come from fully loving and accepting ourselves first.  If you have ever seen Arnold Schwarzenegger’s movie Pumping Iron, he used his positive belief in himself to empower his development.

The outer world reflects our inner reality.  Love and accept every part of yourself.  Then and only then can you make positive changes.

Outside of diet, exercise, and positive belief, we can improve our resonance in many ways.  One way is to release old feelings that do not resonate as being true today.  This is part of the process of my therapy called Spiritual Mentorship.  I help people examine ideas and experiences that don’t contain any positive meaning.  In some cases I can help people find positive meaning in negative experiences.  Read my blog Beauty Of The Broken Heart to see an example of this.  The other suggestion I have is Reiki.  As a Reiki practitioner, I can bring the body directly into a state of flow and balance.  Certain stresses can be addressed through talk while others are best released in a more direct way.  I have found both to be useful in reducing stress.

To raise our frequency is to become more disciplined with our thoughts or feelings.  We might run for hours and accomplish something fantastic, but then wallow in the idea of worthlessness due to self talk we have subconsciously learned from others.  Within the core of our being is the spark of the divine.  That spark is our connection to the source.  To focus on that power and enhance our relationship with the divine through love and gratitude is to raise our frequency dramatically.  One of my favorite ways to connect to that divine connection is to get in-touch with our inner child.  The Inner Child is full of wonder and excitement.  It is as if the child in us shines with a divine light.

So in conclusion, let go of old ideas you carry about yourself.  Challenge your old belief systems that sabotage your happiness.  And, if you can find your Inner Child, shine your Light.  This is how you increase your resonance.

Healing of Mind Body and Soul

helping hand

As an intuitive healer, I adjust my technique to each person I work with.  Everyone holds their energy in a unique way, but there are different types of people and I adjust accordingly.

  • Athletes usually require physical touch or a connection with their body,
  • writers/intellectuals need words, ideas, and mental constructs.
  • Left brain dominant people need to understand everything before we get started.
  • Right brain people speak in imagery.
  • Feelers need to feel a heart connection.

Of course we are all a mix of many of these personality types.  Healing therefor should mirror the personality type.  As a multidisciplinary healer, I interact with many different types of people.  If you were to ask them how I shifted them into a healthier state, you would have different stories depending on my approach.  For some I use a healing modality, similar to Adam Dreamhealer, that is a distance style of healing using energetic mental constructs.  In this altered state of consciousness, I shift around colorful energy ribbons of light like a jigsaw puzzle until the energies align better.  I helped someone regain their vision using this technique in 2005.  With chronic body joint misalignment, I gently roll each joint in 360 degree angles and ask the joints to find a proper alignment.  Many joint issues require an emotional release combined a sequential realignment from the toes to the hips, and from the finger tips to the shoulder complex.  The joints communicate with each other through compression and alignment.  By gently rolling the joints sequentially, I can foster better alignment.

Words and shifts in awareness, can also alleviate someone’s painful condition.  I remember helping an intellectual doctor cure his own chronic neck issue by shifting his energetic focus in his body.  By getting this man to use sacred geometry (Merkabah), he was able to fix himself instantly.  I showed him how to visualize his etheric energy field as a perfect ball of light around his body.  As he did this, we both heard a loud popping sound as his neck found its perfect alignment.  This was a man who lived with chronic neck pain for many years.  Perhaps seeing himself from an energetic state was enough to release everything that didn’t belong.

I look forward to challenges.

There are too many stories to blog about, but certain ones stand out as memories.

When we work together, all I ask is for people to come with an open mind or open heart and a willingness to shift themselves into a higher plane of health and wellness.
